TÜV SÜD

It was taking – on average – three months to deploy a new program across all of our regional centers. Some of that time was spent localizing the content, but most of it was dealing with each center’s unique processes, technology, and disparate data.

The Goal

Standardize global training operations

TÜV SÜD planned to transform their global training hubs with new content and a complete overhaul to the learner experience. To support this change, TÜV SÜD needed to standardize and streamline training operations across all regional training hubs.

The Solution

Use a Training Management System to standardize the global training network

TÜV SÜD’s regional training centers depended on legacy technology for their HRIS, ERP, and LMS platforms. Connecting this technology was the first step, then Administrate automated repetitive tasks, standardized data and reporting, and unified learner experiences with timely, personalized communications. With a training management system, TÜV SÜD was able to:

  • Integrate core business technologies like Salesforce, SAP, and Mulesoft.
  • Standardize and automate event, content, and location planning.
  • Keep email and SMS communications on brand, personalized, and automated.
  • Use AI-powered scheduling tools to make scheduling ILT more efficient.
  • Centralize data for faster and more accurate reporting.

TÜV SÜD

Administrate is the central brain for all TÜV SÜD training centers. Now, our training teams in India, Germany, Spain, United States, United Kingdom and everywhere else have the same tools, the same processes, and report the same types of data. We are no longer in our own way.

TÜV SÜD

It used to take us months to roll out new training programs to our global network, and we just accepted the hundreds of errors and late nights it would take to make it happen. Now Administrate makes it possible to do it in a few days, and there are no more late nights.
