- 2 weeks of support following Go-Live
Go-Live: 16 weeks
Gold
For teams with large, complex data loads, this package offers extended support focused on data migration and testing.
Everything in Standard, plus:
- Assistance with data transformation
- Secondary data load prior to Go-Live
- 1 additional week (3 total) of support following Go-Live
Go-Live: 4-6 months
Platinum
For complex implementations that require custom solutions, joint project planning, and extended Go-Live support.
Everything in Gold, plus:
- API supported workflows with purchase of DX
- Partner enablement
- 1 additional week (4 total) of Hypercare following Go-Live (Hypercare is ongoing support where Administrate Pro Services team members maintain continuity after Go-Live before transitioning entirely to our Customer Success team.)
