Because Insights can only get information from this graph, you only get accurate answers. Insights can not hallucinate a response. If it doesn’t know, it will tell you exactly why it doesn’t know the answer to your question.

Yes, Administrate Insights uses AI to understand the relationship between data in its deterministic graph. But it can only understand what you give it access to, preventing Insights from giving you a false response.
